Brooklyn prosecutors and the FBI have seized or disrupted hundreds of websites and servers tied to a crypto investment scam that allegedly targeted Russian-speaking victims in the U.S. The operation followed a three-year investigation into fake trading platforms, fraudulent advisers and follow-up recovery scams.
