South Africa Moves Toward Rules for Cross Border Crypto Transfers
South Africa’s National Treasury and the South African Reserve Bank are advancing draft rules for crypto used in cross border transactions. The proposal would require offshore crypto transfers to go through authorized providers and be reported to FinSurv.
