BitGo is buying NYDIG IF Holdings in a transaction valued at $42.5 million in cash and stock, with another $15 million in cash tied to revenue milestones. The acquisition adds institutional trading capabilities, including derivatives, structured products, financing and capital markets services, to BitGo’s custody and wallet business.
