Spot Ether Etfs

Crypto markets entered the weekend under pressure, with Bitcoin trading below key short term averages while most large assets posted negative weekly returns. Uniswap and Cardano showed selective resilience, but weak breadth and softer stablecoin circulation kept traders cautious.

Bitcoin traded close to flat near $64,484 while Ether edged higher to $1,880, leaving the broader crypto market without a clear directional signal. ETF flows, Bitcoin dominance near 58.6%, and a sharp split between Monero and Zcash are keeping traders focused on whether the market is consolidating or distributing.

Bitcoin and ether held on centralized exchanges have fallen to their lowest levels in years, a condition once treated as a powerful bullish setup. Market structure has changed, however, as ETFs, institutional custody and DeFi now move coins away from exchanges without necessarily removing liquidity from the market.
