Finnish company SunBit has installed 30 Bitcoin Boiler systems that turn mining rigs into building heaters while generating BTC for property owners. The model can offset power costs at current assumptions, but installation costs, mining difficulty and Bitcoin’s expected 2028 halving remain major variables.
