Bitcoin climbed back above $61,000 after weak U.S. labor data eased rate-hike fears and lifted risk assets. Ether led derivatives liquidation pressure, while Uniswap, Solana and select AI tokens posted notable gains.

Global markets rallied after the U.S.-Iran peace deal and the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, but bitcoin and major cryptocurrencies only edged higher. Traders appear unconvinced the ceasefire will hold, while some AI-linked tokens surged on censorship-resistance demand.

With few exceptions, AI tokens have suffered much harsher sell-offs than the wider crypto market since DeepSeek's ascension.
