XRP recovered from a session low after the latest PCE Price Index came in below market expectations, reducing perceived pressure for another Federal Reserve rate increase. CSD BR is recording ownership of selected BTG Pactual investment funds on the public XRP Ledger while retaining its existing database as the official system for registration, custody and settlement. The move gives approved institutions a real-time blockchain copy for verification, with future tests expected to explore direct issuance and trading of assets on XRPL.

The attacker behind Bitget’s $387.5 million breach has moved about $83 million in stolen XRP from three holding wallets, while roughly $75 million remains in the original accounts.
